Aloha!
My name is Hannah Poepoe and I am a Doctor of Occupational Therapy. I specialize in Pelvic Floor Therapy. I've been treating in this area for over 3 years now, and I've completed certification as a Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist.
I have been blessed with a passion for helping others, and working in the area of women's health is near and dear to my heart.
I found this field of work thanks to my mother. She was experiencing endometriosis flares, recovery from a hysterectomy, inflammation, and hormonal complications. I started to do my own research and decided this was my calling. Women's health can be a taboo topic, especially when we are talking about bowels, bladder, and sexual function.
I experience my own pelvic and women's health dysfunction, and I try to listen to and empathize with my clients in the way I would like to be treated. Ultimately, I want to give you the tools to help you on your journey.
I believe in getting to the root cause of what is causing your women's health dysfunction. This can involve the mind, body, and spirit connection. It's not just the physical...it's not just the mental...but there is a combination, and it lies in your personal story. I would be honored to walk alongside you as we figure out the root cause together.
